Bomb Chess Terms of Service

These terms cover the Bomb Chess game and website (bombchess.com), made by Marius (contact: mariusbullerbusiness@hotmail.com). By playing online, creating an account or buying something, you agree to them.
Who can use it. Playing offline against the computer needs no account. Online play and accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in most places), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.
Your account. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Pick a username that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone and does not reveal personal details.
Playing fair. Do not cheat, hack or interfere with the game or its servers, use bots or engines to play for you in online games, harass other players, or try to break the game's security. We may remove usernames or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
What you buy. Cosmetic items (such as board themes and piece sets) are digital items that change how the game looks. They give no gameplay advantage. You get a personal licence to use them in Bomb Chess on your account. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or traded, and are not transferable. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Paddle, which is the seller of record for purchases; see their terms for payment details.
Refunds. See the Refund Policy.
The game as provided. Bomb Chess is provided "as is". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
Governing law. The laws of Ontario, Canada apply, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
