Bomb Chess Refund Policy

30-day refunds, no hassle. If you bought something in Bomb Chess and are not happy, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. It does not matter whether you have already used the item.
What happens to the item. When a purchase is refunded, the items from it are locked again on your account. You will not be able to use them unless you buy them again.
How to ask. Email mariusbullerbusiness@hotmail.com from your account email with your order number or the date and item. You can also ask Paddle through the receipt email they sent you.
When you get the money. We approve valid requests promptly. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle and usually take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After 30 days. Requests are looked at one by one, and we may say no. If the game was broken or unavailable, or you were charged by mistake, tell us and we will make it right.
Fair use. Repeated refund and re-buy cycles meant to abuse the policy may lead us to limit refunds on your account.
Your legal rights. This policy does not remove any refund rights that the law gives you.
